We were delighted to welcome David Rosevear from Kreston Reeves yesterday, who visited to congratulate us on being named in this year’s list.

It was a great opportunity to share more about our business, our journey so far, and our ambitions for the years ahead.

Staff Wellness Week – Day Two

Today continued our Staff Wellbeing Week with a refresher on our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP). We walked through the EAP with staff, highlighting it as a powerful, confidential resource to support their wellbeing, and showcased key features of the app.

We also reintroduced our Wellbeing Warriors, sharing a brief introduction from each member and why they chose to be part of the team and train as Mental Health First Aiders.

Sessions like this help ensure everyone knows what support is available, how to access it, and who they can reach out to if they need it.

The session focused on practical, easy-to-apply tips for managing stress, whether you're navigating a busy office environment or balancing work from home.
