I am a sport enthusiast and enjoy playing as well as following a variety of sports. I regularly play football and in my youth I played for Sittingbourne Football Club and competed in the first round of the FA Cup. As an athlete who has competed in international marathons for many years, my enthusiasm for sport led me to complete a sports therapy degree as well as a Diploma in personal training. This has provided me with first class expertise in nutrition management and the benefits that healthy eating has on the body. I am therefore able to advise clients wanting to make long term life-style changes through diet and exercise. I understand the endurance that our bodies go through, not only to compete in sports, but in the training that goes with it. I know how important it is to allow muscles to recover. A sports massage can help recovery and to prevent injuries from occurring. The qualifications I have gained are:
