The beauty of working from home… and the whole intention of moving the office to home in the middle of the busiest time of year.. is that I can see people who have pushed it tooooo far (we all do it!) and ended up in crisis. Two people crawled in (literally) and walked out upright and functioning better this morning. I am an advocate of never letting things go that far, but when life gets in the way, it happens to the best of us. And I’m here to save the day! Listen to your body’s whispers before it screams at you 🥰🥰

I wish I had looked after my health better.
