When I support clients with anxiety, we often uncover a hidden pattern: constant negative self-talk that feeds low self-esteem. It’s a cycle and it’s exhausting.
Many people rely on external validation to feel “good enough.” But true self-worth comes from within.
One simple tool I share with my clients is the Daily Achievement Journal.
Each day, write down one small thing you did well an act of courage, a moment of self-care, or simply something you showed up for.
✅ “I spoke up at work.”
✅ “I went for a walk even though I felt low.”
✅ “I reached out to a friend when I wanted to hide away.”
Over time, these small wins become proof for your mind that you are capable, resilient, and worthy no matter what others say.
Self-esteem doesn’t magically appear overnight. But tiny daily steps can help you build a stronger, kinder relationship with yourself.
