A big thank you to all our amazing fundraisers! We’ve loved hearing from businesses, groups and individuals who are marking by having coffee mornings, organising sponsored walks or ‘wearing it blue’ for mental health.

As a local, independent charity, every penny you raise stays local and your contributions really do make a difference to the local community.

🌳✨ Did you know there are over 56,000 trees in Mote Park — with some as old as 800 years?🌳

Our walking group had the pleasure of a guided tour with Park Ranger Karen, who shared so much fascinating history and insight about this incredible local treasure. It was a wonderful chance to deepen our understanding of the environment we enjoy each week. 💚

Join us on our next walk! We meet each Tuesday from 1pm for a gentle, uplifting stroll. It's a great chance to get some fresh air, meet new people and enjoy a wellbeing boost.

💙We were honoured to play a part in yesterday’s powerful event - in remembering those we have lost, supporting those who’ve been impacted by suicide and giving hope to those still struggling.

It’s a vital reminder that suicide is everyone’s business and having the courage to talk about it can be life changing. We can all play a role in carrying this message forward.

Our suicide prevention courses are open to anyone in Kent and Medway who wants to gain the confidence to help someone who might be struggling. Delivered online over two and half hours, our Adult and Youth Suicide Prevention courses are free and spaces are available for dates from October to December.
