In just 2 hours Cornerstone Training UK could teach you just this!

How to check your child's / infants airway
How to check that your child / infant is breathing normally
How to place your unresponsive child / infant into the recovery position
How to carry out effective CPR to your child / infant
How to help your child / infant if choking

if you are part of a parents group and would like to have some basic training, or if you would like to get into groups of friends of 6 to 8 this could be done in the comfort of your own home, if not in a training room

Groups of 6 to 8 in your own home the cost for this would be as little as £30 per person
if this was being delivered to a parent group over 20 this cost can drop to £20 per person

TQUK Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work (RQF) (EFAW) is ideal for most businesses whose risk assessment has identified that there is no requirement for a fully trained first aider for their workplace. All courses are delivered, evaluated and quality assured to meet the new guidelines set out by the HSE in October 2017 and meet the requirements of the First Aid at Work (First Aid) regulations 1981 and subsequent 2016 changes.
