Sharon is 47 and has led a wonderfully varied life and career. She grew up in London before moving to Aberystwyth to study Equine Studies, later working in the U.S. with prestigious racehorses on a stud farm 💪

After taking time out to raise her three children, she returned to work in mental health support until her own health challenges with FND in 2018 changed her path ❤️

Through determination, a tailored diet, and exercise, Sharon overcame many symptoms and retrained as a reflexologist to help others on their own journeys to wellbeing ⚕️

For the past five years, she has been supporting clients in this way, and in December she was delighted to join Clear Ear & Foot Freedom to train as a Foot Health Practitioner 🦶

Sharon loves working at the clinic, meeting all the wonderful clients, and being part of their journey to better foot health!
