I’m sure there will be a lot of people struggling at this time with anxiety, depression in isolation and those with mental health and physical struggles who are unable to access face to face sessions with us.
At inner self we are offering a service of Telephone counselling sessions and FaceTime/WhatsApp video sessions at a reduced fee of £30 per 50 minute session with our qualified team. Please email me to book emma@inner-self.eu
We hope to return to face to face sessions as soon as restrictions are lifted. Keep safe
