During those 48 hours over 1400 lots of second-hand medical equipment have been sold. Running a live auction is not an easy task, what you see on the podium is the result of years of training, deep market expertise, commitment, and incredible physical stamina.

From 1 April, we updated our payment terms to give you greater flexibility, extending the invoice payment period from 5 working days to 10 working days.

We continue to offer a range of convenient payment options, including secure bank transfer, as well as debit card and business credit card payments for UK sales (please note a surcharge applies to credit card payments). Card payments made over the phone are limited to £1,500 and cash payments are limited to £8,000 per customer, per auction.

For added convenience, we can also provide a secure payment link for business debit and credit card transactions, allowing for higher-value payments on UK purchases.

We’ve got some great news to share! 🎉

Hilditch Group has just passed our latest ISO audits and been re-certified for:

✅ ISO 9001 – Quality Management
✅ ISO 14001 – Environmental Management
✅ ISO 45001 – Occupational Health & Safety
All with zero non-conformances.

This comes soon after our ISO 13485 (Medical Devices Quality Management) audit in January, so all of our main certifications are now current as we continue helping healthcare providers buy and sell used, surplus and new medical equipment across the UK and Europe.

This result is a huge credit to our team and the work that goes into keeping our processes running to a high standard all year round. A special thank you to our Operations Manager, Jamie Howes, for leading the preparation and supporting everyone through the audits.

Managing Director Alex Willis sums it up perfectly:
