Transport flexibility in action 🚚

We were recently engaged by a vendor to collect 28 anaesthetic machines from their site in Belfast. Collection was confirmed 15 days in advance, but just two days before, the vendor advised that only eight machines would be ready.

While this initially presented a challenge – we’d already secured ferry crossings for an 18-tonne vehicle – it also created an opportunity to maximise efficiency.

Acting quickly, our team reached out to other vendors in the area and coordinated the collection of additional equipment. This ensured the truck departed at full capacity, avoiding wasted transport costs and keeping the original schedule.

The result?
Our original vendor enjoyed a seamless and flexible service, despite last-minute changes.

Other clients benefitted from additional collection support.
