This next week and next Tuesday & Wednesday are going to be super busy! I am completely fully booked and working extra hours. To help everything run smoothly, I’d really appreciate if clients with upcoming appointments could please keep the following in mind:
•Please arrive on time for your appointment, if you are more than 5 minutes late I won’t be able to complete your haircut & you will be charged in full.
•If you need to cancel or reschedule, as much notice as possible would be amazing, as it’s unlikely I’ll be able to move appointments around at short notice.
•If you fail to turn up to your appointment or cancel late, you will be charged the full price. And if not paid you won’t be able to make an appointment until you have paid in full.
•Please be patient with enquiries during this time, I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.
It is an extremely busy time and I am working 10-12 hour days to accommodate everyone. I don’t have breaks and I work through until I close. Please remember to be kind and treat me with respect, I won’t appreciate rudeness towards myself because you can’t get a haircut or have left it too late to get in before the Christmas break.
