Ann’s incredible weight loss journey has been nothing short of inspiring —
✅she’s down nearly 4.5 stone,
✅lost a massive 271cm (that’s almost two tape measures! 😱)
✅said goodbye to 7 litres of visceral fat!

Even more amazing, she’s taken 23 years off her metabolic age — making her 10 years younger than her actual age! 🥳

But it’s not just about the numbers… Ann’s gained so much more — confidence, independence, and mobility, allowing her to truly enjoy life again. ❤️
