πŸ‹πŸ»β€β™‚οΈπŸ˜― Adding weights into your training can be better for burning body fat? πŸ˜―πŸ‹πŸ»β€β™‚οΈ

When trying to losing weight you are not just going to be losing body fat! You might be losing body fat as well as muscle.....
The problem with that is the lower amount of muscle you have the lower your metabolic rate will be. Meaning you will end up burning less calories!πŸ˜¬πŸ’¨

But, Weight training can help retain or gain muscle! πŸ’ͺ

Weight training is also important if your goal is to change your body shape, potentially from an apple shape to an hourglass shape 🍏 πŸ‘‰βŒ›οΈ

Doing cardio alone will struggle to change your shape, and it could affect your body’s ability to retaining muscle tissue which as explained is important when it comes to burning body fat....but I’m not saying don’t do any!

Cardio is a great for health and a good way to burn calories and combined with weights you’ve got a great routine πŸ™Œ

There are some added benefits from weight training too like the after burn effect πŸ”₯.....you can burn extra calories when you’ve lifted weights as your body uses calories to repair the muscles.

I know some women tend to be worried about getting too bulky with weights πŸ’β€β™€οΈ
Lifting weights alone won’t make you bulky. Eating too many calories is the problem that can make you bulkyπŸŸπŸ”πŸ©πŸ‘€
