The beautiful Temple that we are privileged to use for Buddhist Practise, Kirtan & Therapy sessions is old and requires a lot of maintenance. A recent big renovation project has wiped out a lot of our funds and we're looking to raise more so that we can brighten up & restore the outer walls. I've moved 5 minutes down the road and am renting a new office at Bright Earth Buddhist Temple! You can find me and my gorgeous dog Áine there, helping people struggling with overwhelm, seeking to develop a healthier relationship to themselves & others, supporting recovery from trauma and the shedding of destructive habits.

I offer a deeply personalized service, integrating a range of Psychological, Somatic & Creative Therapies, and I also offer Outdoor Walk & Talk sessions. I have a particular affinity for working with creative and sensitive people and the q***r community. I am also a neuro-affirmative therapist.

I’ve been working on some new offerings and I’m keen to know who would be interested if I were to offer a course along the following lines:

💜 navigating your personal spiritual awakening path.

💜 a six session course with sessions held on a fortnightly basis online.

💜 as part of the course, you would receive your own set of oracle cards and crystal - each person would have different ones which I’ve intuitively selected.

💜 we would be delving into aspects of your personal journey - so there would be an opportunity for individual as well as group work if preferred.

💜 looking at aspects of shadow, what drew you to this path and how best to utilise your own unique skills and passions to be the best version of yourself.
