December activities at Rainbow Haven

Singing with Music Action session is on every Tuesdays in the main hall from 12-2. The 16th December is the last session for Singing with Music Action.

They have Coffee and Conversation on Tuesday at 10-11 where people meet and share hobbies ,food and daily life activities while practicing their English.

They have their normal classes running,

Beginner English on Tuesdays at 10-12
Maths for Mums at 12-1 on Wednesdays
Complete Beginner class on Wednesday at 10-12
Intermediate English class at 10-12 on Thursdays

They offer drop-in centre for people seeking asylum, refugees and precarious migrants

Advice drop-in Tuesday and Thursday, please arrive 8.30am, doors open 9.00am

An elf arrived at morning light
To bring the practice smiles so bright.
He watches nurses, GPs too,
And spreads some cheer in all he’ll do.

No meds or notes—he doesn’t dare!
He’s only here to show he cares.
So if you spot him on a shelf,
Enjoy the magic of our little elf.

📢 Important Message About DNA (Did Not Attend) Appointments 📢

Last month, our DNA rates were extremely high, with many patients missing their GP and nurse appointments without cancelling. Missed appointments have a serious impact on our ability to provide timely care — every unused slot is time that could have been given to another patient in need.

⏰ If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to cancel or rearrange.

⚠️ Please note: If a patient continues to repeatedly miss appointments (DNA), they may be at risk of being removed from our practice list in line with our policy.
