24hrs in London 🇬🇧 joining the girls with their charity book launch. Written to honour the founding of the secondary breast cancer charity, the women who are no longer with us and those who continue to live with disease.

Friday afternoon at BBC Radio London on The Gaby Roslin Show, followed by a festive trip and dinner on Regent Street and Winter Wonderland in Hyde Park. ❄️

A beautiful sleep over in Finsbury Park Montcalm Hotel with a sauna and swim early doors to make the most of a little luxury 😍

And today a trip to , a breast cancer charity near Kings Cross to share the book to other lovely London ladies living with breast cancer.

Thank you and for inviting me. Blessed to be included in this unbelievable community - feeling very fortunate to have met so many brave, inspiring women managing such hardship with absolute grace 🫶

✨ Want some healthy gift ideas this Christmas?✨

Anyone else feeling the December decision fatigue already? Me!

The emails, the ‘last chance’ countdowns, the pressure to buy things no one really needs…
It’s a lot.

So this year I’m doing things differently – and thought you might like to as well.

Instead of more stuff, I’m choosing gifts that support:
🌱 wellbeing
🧠 calmer hormones
🌿 gut health
💛 small businesses
👩‍🌾 real people doing good work

Here are a few of my favs and just things I use, love, and believe in...

1. For gut health

2. For mood and calm
Plants. Simple, beautiful, and proven to reduce stress. A gift that actually lasts.

3. For supporting hormones

This is preventative lifestyle medicine right here.🌿

We’ve grown up in a medical world which really only deals with symptoms, diagnoses and medication – but not prevention?

I get that it is really hard to measure. Measuring something that hasn’t even happened yet… not many scientific studies on that!

But just what if children at school ditched their algebra and were taught about proper nutrition – how to eat and prepare simple real food (beyond pizza and cornflake cakes) and why it matters for their brain, energy levels and the gut?

What if they were really educated on how dangerous energy drinks and va**ng are and how to properly look after their mental health with short breathwork sessions and yoga built as standard in to every curriculum?

What if?…🤷🏻‍♀️

Steph didn’t come to me for thyroid issues, but it’s something we uncovered along the way. Her symptoms didn‘t indicate a struggling thyroid and the blood test we did isn’t a standard GP test, but IT IS proof that diet and lifestyle changes DO work – even if it isn‘t obvious from symptoms… YET!

Herb & spice spotlight for everyday hormone support ✨

Long before pharmacies and supplements, women used herbs and spices therapeutically – and they still carry real benefits. Supplements have their place, but food is often the gentler, safer, and more accessible starting point. 🌿

Here are four of my favourites for hormone support:

Ginger 🫚
Anti-sickness, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory. Ginger supports digestion, immunity, the liver and the skin – all of which can feel the strain when hormones fluctuate.
Try: Fresh ginger slices with lemon in hot water each morning 🍋

Turmeric 🌕
A powerful anti-inflammatory. Curcumin supports brain and joint health. High-dose supplements aren’t right for everyone, but using turmeric in food is a safe, delicious way to benefit.
Try: A turmeric tea or latte, or add a teaspoon to dhal, soups, or scrambled eggs.

Rosemary 🌿
A quiet hero for oestrogen balance, thanks to its support for liver pathways. It also encourages detoxification and reduces cellular stress.
Try: Sprinkle on roast potatoes (’tis the season 🥔✨), or steep rosemary needles in hot water for an afternoon lift.

Cinnamon 🌙
Helps balance blood sugar – something that often swings with hormonal changes – by improving insulin sensitivity and slowing carbohydrate breakdown.
Try: Add to porridge or stewed apples for a subtle Christmas feel 🍎

🧜‍♀️A sunny few days away at the seaside to celebrate my Birthday and time for a bit of reflection…

To be honest I don’t really like the extra attention or expectation of just one day. Like it has to be the most perfect day of the year.

But 50 does seem rather monumental and whilst I’m happy to get here and be told I look 10 years younger (I’ll take any compliments I can get) - looking forward does make me feel… 🤷🏻‍♀️

…I’m not really sure. Today anxious, tomorrow excited? Maybe that’s just my age and hormones - 50 is just a number after all!

Either way I’m celebrating the things I’ve had, have got now and will have - and not one of them are material!

Apart from my bronze sequin jumpsuit for my party tomorrow! 🪩

What an epic night! 🎭

Last night we celebrated with the most amazing show for with so many outstanding talents on one stage singing and dancing. ⭐️

We celebrated the memory of each and every one of the beautiful women lost due to secondary breast cancer since the charity’s creation. 🩷

We heard excerpts from the new FTBH book read by the women themselves or from the loved ones of those who were no longer with us.

We danced in the aisles, sang out loud to the songs and there wasn’t a dry eye in the house. I’ve never know such emotional unity. 💫

We then partied until the small hours. 💃🏻

Thank you you truly are one of the most driven and amazing ladies I know. .psychology for being my party pal & .mark & Huw for the party vibes.

Kate would have been so very proud 💚
