What Is Ashwagandha & How Can It Help You?
Also know as Indian Ginseng, Ashwagandha is a herb which is used in traditional médecine of India. In Sanskrit, ashva means “horse” and gandha means “smell”. Usually this nootropic smells a bit horsey but luckily for you we have used an odourless and tasteless version 😄.
Ashwagandha’s is best known for its anti-anxiety and stress-relieving effects (Pratte et al., 2014: Sara Fuladi et al., 2020: Lopresti et al., 2019 and Kumarpillai Gopukumar et al., 2021).
