I’ve just spent a beautiful weekend at Shiatsu College, Manchester, assisting teachers Anne Palmer and Hannah McKay.
I ♥️ Shiatsu
Shiatsu is an incredible practice that can be used for growth & development, healing, stretching your body, for harmonising yourself at physical, emotional and even at a spiritual level etc. etc. etc.
The benefits are many.
