HNY sauna tribe 🔥

We’ve had a slow start to 2024 with the arrival of our first sauna baby. Josh might be making an appearance next time you’re here, don’t hesitate to say hello and ask him about our pirtis sessions happening in March.

We’re back this Sunday with yoga x sauna and our usual sauna x cold plunge sessions.

And we will beat for the rest of the Winter/Spring season, running a mix of wellness collabs; combining sauna and cold plunge with - yoga - meditation - massage - breathwork - ice baths.

Hive sauna turns two in December!

It's a huge milestone and we want to say a massive thanks to all of you’for making our sauna sessions so special ! 2024 is going to be big...

This winter, we have a great residency at Platt Fields Market Garden, with sauna sessions every weekend, plus a few exciting events taking place across the North West.

Last weekend we had a wonderful weekend at , sharing our Fire + Ice experience with festival goers.

Tucked away in the Shivelight wellness field, surrounded by amazing humans / we brought new life and energy to the Timber crowds.

We combined sauna rituals from Lithuania and Austria, with an ice experience inspired by time in Finland.

It was humbling to share the story of hive sauna with a live audience. We’re still at the beginning of our journey and the more people we meet, the stronger our mission becomes; creating a space for social connection and sharing authentic sauna culture.

Our infamous Fire & Ice Experience is coming to this July 🔥 🧊

Join us for daily sessions of , whisking and ice baths amongst the trees.

Hive Sauna Hosts will guide you through authentic and modern sauna practices, inspired by trips across the Baltics and Scandinavia.

For the forest people out there, we’ll be heading into the woods to gather birch, maple and oak leaves to craft sauna whisks. To take part, come and say hi when you arrive.

It’s Spring and we’re back at Princes Dock with on Saturday 22 April.

This weekend will be the usual swim/dip and sauna alongside a couple of exciting new sessions…

Intro to Open Water Swimming + Sauna, as a hot/cold therapy, is a guided session to get more comfortable with outdoor swimming for exercise and fun.

Swimrun workshop + Sauna, as a hot/cold therapy gets you set for the upcoming swimrun season.

Both intro sessions end with a 60-minute guided sauna session, experiencing sauna how the Scandinavians do, as well as trying Baltic rituals.

An intro to making leaf whisks by the man, Rimas. Leaf whisking is a technique used in the sauna by Lithuanians and other sauna enthusiasts.

The whisk is a collection of branches and leaves from birch, oak, juniper trees, crafted into a tool for sauna, or for Pirtis as the Lithuanians would say.

Next Sunday we’re teaming up with to bring you RACE/ SWIM/ SAUNA/ - a day of at Princes Dock, Liverpool.

Races take place at 10am / 11am / Noon and participants can enter in wetsuits or without. There will be prizes for the fastest times in each category per session.

Race tickets include entry to the sauna for the rest of the hour. DM for more info.

For those not competing, enjoy a SWIM/ DIP/ SAUNA/ session.
