This is the simplest way to track progress.
Tomorrow is the start of a new month. Already!?? 🙂↕️
Today, try on your “goal” (full term or mini goal) clothes and see where you are up to right now. Never mind what has happened up to today...this is a new chapter. What you do next MATTERS. Stop procrastinating. Don't leave everything to the last minute because it'll never happen. If your weight loss is important to you, treat it as so.
Do you have -
👖 Jeans that feel uncomfortable - your belly spills over the top? You want that flatter, more comfortably fit, especially when sat down? You want to be able to tuck in your shirt/blouse instead of wearing baggy fits?
👗 A dress or top that’s tight. Rolls are just too much for you? Body shapers are your only option for going out-out? You want to feel free and confident?
🩳 Shorts that won’t quite fasten. Holiday is approaching and trousers/leggings are just not possible. You hate your thighs and have to opt for baggier fits?
Pick one or two items and use them as your progress check for this next new month. Hang them somewhere visible as a reminder of what you’re working toward.
Fitting back into something that once felt too small is a powerful non-scale victory 🙌
