✨ WEEK 1 RESULTS! ✨
I’m so pleased to say I’ve lost 6.2lbs in just ONE week on Step 2 of The 1:1 Diet! 🎉
Step 2 = 3 meal replacement products + 1 homemade 200-calorie meal (protein, veggies & salad) — simple, structured and totally doable even with a busy life.
👀 And here’s the honest bit…
I did exactly what I tell my clients NOT to do — I jumped on the scales midweek.
On Thursday, they told me I’d gained 2lbs.
I knew that couldn’t be right… but that moment could’ve easily knocked me off track.
Instead of spiralling, I trusted the process, stayed consistent, and kept going.
