Starting out on your love for eyewear and realising that it is so much more than being able to see brilliantly...which incidentally i do too 😍

This is the fabulous Gill whom I met at a recent well-being event where I`d been invited to speak on colour and confidence. Gill needs no instruction by-the-way....she totally got it! But she enjoyed listening to my story and was captured by the studio when she came to visit the following day.

Gill lives life....and takes every opportunity thrown at her so, over a brew....(always) we chatted and 4 pairs of glasses later she left the studio with an even bigger spring in her step.
Safe to say, Gill is thrilled with her new `look(s)` and also booked in for colour analysis.

Thank you to this lovely human for the travel stories, inspiration and joy you brought with you on Sunday.

This is what I mean when I say it’s not just about the glasses. Same person, but the right shape and the right colour completely changes how you look and how you carry yourself. Most people have just been picking what feels safe for years, and it shows. When you get it right, you don’t look “different”, you just look better and more like yourself. It’s a funny old time when the kids are off school and routine disrupted.

Can’t believe I’m saying something so bland…but I think I love routine 🫣

Don’t know if I’m coming or going, going or coming, dinnertime, showertime, bedtime??(here’s hoping)

Good Friday…….yes it will be ❤️

Sometimes it’s not all about eyewear & colour,

Sometimes it’s eggs (loads of them!), prayers and belly laughs.
Sometimes it ends with a yawn, others it ends with a game of Traitors…..well a wig and an instruction sheet
(The most complicated start up ever! Definitely not one for 11.30 at night 🤪)

Frame colours can make such a difference in how we see ourselves, can’t they? It's like having a secret weapon for your confidence! 🌈 I’ve seen so many people light up when they finally find the right shade to complement them.
And when i say them, I mean entirety, not just face shape, eye colour, blah, blah, blah!
Personality, life experience and what makes you, YOU.
It’s not just about seeing better, although i do this brilliantly with the help of my fabulous glazing lab; it’s about feeling fabulous while doing it!

I remember when I first embraced colour in my eyewear journey. It was a revelation! Imagine stepping out and feeling like you truly belong in every room you enter. That transformation is what I want everyone to experience.
