Something sacred is coming — and I cannot wait to share it with you.

Together with the beautiful Jo from Crystal Clear Sound Therapy, we have co-created something I truly believe in — and it is finally ready to share.

ALIGN is a monthly crystal and sound healing journey through the chakras, running from May through December 2026 in Chorlton at the Chorlton Health Hub on the first Sunday of every month.

Each month we hold a soft, nurturing space where crystal healing and live sound healing weave together to support a different chakra — from the roots that ground you, all the way up to the crown that connects you to something greater. It is a space to release what no longer belongs, restore your natural flow, and come home to yourself — one chakra at a time.

Whether this is your first energy healing experience or you have been walking this path for years — you are so welcome here. No prior experience needed. Just your presence and an open heart.

Can you feel it? That thing sitting quietly in your chest — the part of you that’s been holding its breath, waiting. 💜

April’s collective message from the Akashic Records is clear: something in you is ready to be seen, to be integrated — but you’ve been keeping it dimmed. Stifled. Hidden, even from yourself.

And here’s what the Records want you to hear: you don’t need to be a different person before you’re allowed to breathe easy.

The shadow work, the tender uncovering, the uncomfortable looking — that’s not separate from who you are. That IS who you are becoming.

About last week… 🌸

Blossoms on the trees. My regular makers market. Time with the littlest one. Crystals on the table and purple butterflies showing up like they knew something I didn’t.

And they did.

Because the spring equinox landed this week and I felt it — that unmistakable shift. Like the world exhaled. Like something that had been held tight finally let go.

That’s the energy the Records have been pointing to all month.

Release. Reset. Breathe.

Those buds on the trees? They didn’t force it. They just trusted that after all that cold and dark, their moment was coming. And here it is.

So is yours, magickal one.

You’ve been doing the work — even when it didn’t look like much from the outside. Even when it felt like nothing was moving. Look at where you were this time last year. You are not the same person.

The sunshine is here. Stand in it. You’ve earned it. 🌞

overflowing inboxes, one really good cry (amidst a few little weeps), creative makes, and holding on to little hands that force grounded presence.

these little glimpses don’t capture the full picture — they never do. but they hold the frequency of what this week was asking me to become.

i showed up. imperfectly, but doing my very best.

rest up, magickal ones. the new week arrives like it always does — full of invitation.
