10 years ago today, I joined the business…..we had two presses and two rewinders.
With a staff of 8 people and a turnover of @£1M we started the process of rebuilding the company into the business we are today……it’s been a journey, we’ve had some potholes and set backs along the way, but here we are with five presses, five rewinders and 26 staff.
With our year end now firmly behind us, and my desk looking a little less cluttered than it did on Monday, I am happy to say we have smashed our sales budget with an impressive 19% growth within the current marketplace.
So, on to the new year; a bespoke MIS, lots of finalising trials on our ECO4 Recyclable laminates, more work on our Kerbside Recyclable products and more time doing what I like doing best……getting time on line with our customers, challenging what we can do together.
