We train school staff , carers & family to support the health needs of children and young people. We provide nursing and dietetic advice and input for children and young people during school holidays. We work with the multi-agency teams and other agencies and identify safeguarding issues. If you wish to refer a child for a blood test, please use the CCS1 Children and Young People’s Service Referral Form and PSD Ametop Form (for topical anaesthesia) and forward to the team at mft.manchesterccnt@nhs.net
