You might just be burnt out.

Motherhood asks a lot of us — emotionally, mentally, and physically. When you're constantly caring for everyone else, it’s easy to ignore the signs that your own energy is running low.

Here are a few signs you might be experiencing mum burnout:
• You feel overwhelmed by even small tasks
• Your patience runs out much faster than it used to
• You feel emotionally drained most days
• You feel guilty for needing time to yourself
• You’re constantly “on” and struggle to switch off

Burnout doesn’t mean you’re failing.

It often means you’ve been carrying too much for too long.

You deserve support too.

Conditions like IBS, PMDD, PCOS, and endometriosis are more common in women with ADHD and are linked through the gut–brain–hormone axis. When one system is out of balance, the others are affected.
