Many women with ADHD experience more than focus challenges, they often live with physical symptoms too.

Conditions like IBS, PMDD, PCOS, and endometriosis are more common in women with ADHD and are linked through the gut–brain–hormone axis. When one system is out of balance, the others are affected.

Motherhood with ADHD can feel overwhelming, not because you’re not capable, but because your brain works differently.
