This week's self care reminder is some encouragement to do something joyful and laugh!

The highlight of zumba this morning was jumping around like an idiot and having to dash across the room. Everyone had a smile on their face and it was reminiscent of a primary school PE lessons 🤣

It was a very simple thing but I'm still smiling hours later! What can you do today to spark that simple joy?
