Advanced Somatic Practitioner Training

Our advanced training builds on the themes of both our signature and cyclical foundational trainings.
In this seven days we deepen with the curiosity around somatic space holding and nervous system interaction by exploring key life themes like food, relationships and money to help us understand the dynamics at play in our own lives and those of the client in front of us.
This is a broadening and deepening of the themes already explored in the foundation trainings with more mastermind, small group and interactive practices.

Cyclical Somatic Practitioner Training

Our cyclical foundational training that teaches the foundation of somatic space holding through the lens of the four seasons of the menstrual cycle: spring, summer, autumn, winter
In this six days we cover the foundations of somatic coaching including presencing, resourcing, and conversation to support the client to take embodied action with specific focus on the female nervous system and how we can support a client in their seasons of inner and outer cycles.
