We are cyclical beings, and we are not separate from Nature. Our most natural impulse is to live spontaneously, through the eyes of a child, connected to our creative life force energy.
You are invited to drop into this training that facilitates space for great liberation and reclamation as we get to know our menstrual cycle and support those around us with the non-linearity of life.

Day Seven themes in our Advanced Somatic Practitioner Training

- Life as the creative cycle
- Creativity is our natural birthright
- Every act and breath can be taken in the essence of creativity
- Descturtion is part of the creative cycle

1️⃣ Is regulation even the goal anyway? Are we ever going to constantly feel regulated in a world that is far from regulated in a general sense? Can we deshame any part of us that is dysregulated and instead meet these parts as initiation, invitation and induction into greater conversation with self?

2️⃣ Regulation is NOT a state of being calm, it is the ability to change states, so if you are moving from state to state, you might not actually be dysregulated and this language is significant for shifts

So much of somatic work is simply allowing, acknowledging and recognising what is present in a compassionate and curious way that allows the body to open in gentle exploration and not close in fear of judgement. Dysregulated states are not wrong, and don’t mean you are doing badly. They are a naturally part of living in a fairly wild and chaotic life. Yes, we need to make steps (internally and externally) to support and nourish our beings but storms will come, trees will be uprooted, waves will crash, and dysregulation is an inner expression of these life storms.

What do you notice arriving?
Can you simply notice it?
Now can you acknowledge it - “ah yes I feel…..”
Can you allow this to be present and welcome and worthy, to all your own self to express itself?

- Our body cannot be colonised
- There is a field of energy that we can tap into of all our ancestors even if that history has been burned
- How do we expand our field of vision and perspective even when trauma threatens to narrow that vision
- The importance of a space that cultures and support individuation and separation
- The power of the imagination channel
- Cultivating our own oracular vision and specific gifts and medicine
- Knowing that sight is beyond the here and now and can travel beyond dimensions
