This is a new wave of space holding rippling through the world on the wave of a womb.
Matriarchal.
Non-hierarchical.
Co-creative.
Cyclical.
To state ourselves even as a teacher is to insinuate we know something that the bodies in front of us don’t know.
You may well have completed more hours of trainings or have more letters after your name.

In soma school, we teach beings how to hold space, for themselves, and then for others.
To hold space collectively is a conversation. To hold space in a somatic way is to have a conversation with the many expressions and experiences of the body.
Soma school is very proud to be the first school of cyclical somatics.
Everything is a cycle within a cycle within a circle.
No thing and no one is separate.
It is time to become the villager, the gardener, the tender of this rich and fertile soil.
It is time to step off our podiums and touch and feel the world around us. To explore curiously and compassionately what the mother, divine and universal, wishes us to know.
This is a time for devotion, prayer, ritual and gathering.
This is not about one versus another - womban over man - this is about collective activism and realising animism.
This is cyclical somatics and I feel the deepest privilege that I get to commit to this body of work, to my own human body, to the bodies around me and to the Earth body that holds us all.
With love always,
