Week 3 of our 4 week block on Friday and week 4 of 4 of the block on Monday.
Come and join us for more hard work with our resistance bands. Working on Upper body and Lower body strength (and even our core muscles without even realising!) 💪

Be lovely to see you before we have our break over the Easter Bank holiday weekend.
And the Studio will be lovely regardless of whether it rains 🌧, hails, snows 🌨 or the sun shines 😎! 🤣😃

That’s block 2 of our Pilate classes of the year done! Where’s the time going?
Spring is happening 🌼🌷
And booking has opened for the next block. Which will take us up to and just beyond the Easter Bank holiday 😳.
If you aren’t already part of our gang we do have a waiting list for the in studio classes but you can email me at hollyshanahan@rocketmail.com to go onto the list.
I do have space for some 1 to 1 sessions in your home if that takes your fancy. I also have Physiotherapy at Home appointments available in South Manchester and Stockport.

New workshops in collaboration with Porter Nutrition. 10 years of Withington Baths our lovely class venue in June. Which means celebrating 10 years of Physio-led Pilates classes at Withington Baths. 🎉
It has been a joy to share this with you all.

We are now on our Christmas break. 🎄

We shall return with a full timetable of Studio Classes from Monday 5th January.

Home visits for Physiotherapy and Pilates will start Tuesday the week after.

We will be challenging ourselves on the balance pads. Perfect to prepare for any frosty weather we may get in the next few months.
