We’re looking for someone to lead the development and delivery of our five-year strategy “Where Excellence Meets Compassion”, working across clinical groups, external partners and executive teams.
🔑 Key highlights of the role:
• Lead major strategic programmes that span the breadth of our 10 hospitals and community services.
• Work closely with Clinical Group Chief Executives, senior leadership and external stakeholders (commissioners, NHS regulators, local authorities) to turn vision into action.
• Coach and develop senior teams, build credibility quickly and bring clarity to complex strategic issues.
• Drive service developments, ensuring alignment with our strategy, and contribute to a digitally-enabled, research-led future for MFT.
