It doesn’t have to be perfect or complicated - just consistent. Committing to a few simple, healthy habits each morning can boost your mood, increase focus, and help you feel more in control of your day.

Small habits = big impact.

Here are a few easy ones to start with:
• Drink a glass of water before anything else 💧
• Stretch or move your body for 5-10 minutes
• Step outside for fresh air or sunlight ☀️

Our Precious Son Ezra

Dear Facebook family

I am sorry for my increasing absence over the past 9 months. We have been navigating our youngest son’s health for some time now.

We first noticed Ezra's breathing and skin were different when he was 4 months old. The investigations began along with different treatment around that age. Things became considerably worse around March 2025, with increased hospital admissions due breathing difficulties (respiratory distress) and allergic reactions. By June 2025 Ezra was treated with a range of medications, from EpiPens to steroid inhalers. After numerous consultations with different Doctors we realised that the air quality was the major contributing factor in the flare up of his symptoms. In this knowledge, we packed everything up and moved to a place with excellent air quality on the southern coast of the UK. I am delighted to share that Ezra is making a remarkable recovery. I am eternally grateful for the help and support we’ve received from our kind friends, family and Doctors during this tricky time.

I felt an urge to share this with you today because I know that so many of you, most of us in fact, are going through something very difficult at the moment. We carry on the best we can, with tremendous burdens. So many of you have reached out to me recently because you’re feeling overwhelmed. I hear you, understand and know how you feel. No matter what is happening for you at the moment. Everything will be ok. Prioritise wellness for yourself and your family. TALK ABOUT IT, we can all help each other.

I believe you can work through anything.

After filming and forgetting to post yesterday 🙈 it seems the pollen count is even higher today despite the sun disappearing! English weather!🌦️
