If you find yourself becoming anxious or overwhelmed by a specific person or event, it's too late to scramble around, see the good, and find your own excellent resources in that situation.

Before you know it your mind will play all sorts of tricks on you falsely making you believe you are powerless

Instead of battling for that resilience, why not train yourself daily to strengthen your mind and stay centred.

Some days it will click for you and you'll find that timelessness and focus, but other times it's just not happening.

Numerous factors affect your meditation practice:

* Mood

We all know this right?

One thing people don't talk about enough, is that because healing is not linear, neither is your practice.

You can only confront past traumas when you are psychologically strong, and this 'readiness' is different for everyone.

5 years ago I suffered with chronic back pain my chiropractitioner warned me it would take 12 months to heal ... if at all. But something told me to seek out alternative healing methods, because I knew we hold personal power that allows us to heal in a way that is outside the sphere of conventional medicine. One day during my meditation practice I heard my back crack, I was part worried and part excited, and when I stood up from the mat, the pain was still there :-( But ONE week later - it was completely gone! You hear stories like this all the time, but I'll explain exactly how I did it and how many many of my clients have done the same.

I will be sharing the story live at 7pm on Thursday via zoom, you must register your place beforehand and the camera MUST be switched on for safeguarding purposes.

There are many ways the mind is cluttered by unwanted thoughts.

Anger is one of them.

As we become conscious and mindful, such thoughts are easier to navigate. If we are not even aware of them, they continue to cause destruction.
