Our Clinicians’ surgeries are strictly scheduled to ensure they are able to cover all their responsibilities – appointments, planned follow-ups, referrals, admin, home visits, training and more. A quick message is rarely that and puts all of their work and other patient appointments behind. Both examples here require an appointment.

Forgotten when your next GP or Nurse appointment at the surgery is? Don’t panic, you can now dial the surgery on 0161 881 6120, follow the prompts and hear when your next appointment is. And if you no longer need it, you can even cancel it via the voice response too!
