A good morning routine starts in the evening 🤔
Having uninterrupted sleep for an adequate amount of time improves how you feel when you wake up!
So what do you need to do in the evening to make sure your ready for the morning?
Tips:
1. Eat 3/4 hours before sleep
2. No social media for the hour before bed!
3. Relax mind & process negative thoughts (Meditation, read, journal)
