🎄🎁🧑‍🎄 CHRISTMAS ANNOUNCEMENT 🎄🎁🧑‍🎄

The Core30 Xmas Social this year will be on the evening of Thursday the 4th December at the Bridgewater Pub in Worsley.

🎄🌲🎅🏻

It will be magical 2-hour festive workshop where you can paint your own ceramic baubles and enjoy drinks from the bar. We know it will be a fun, laughter-filled evening perfect for getting into the Christmas spirit! All materials are provided, and each guest will receive a cute little Be Wild goodie bag to take home.

The workshop is 7pm - 9pm

The cost of the workshop is £25, however, Kevin is very kindly subsidising the tickets by £10 so the cost is now £15pp.

Tickets can be purchased on the GymOS store, just follow the link in our bio or you can book via reception!

🎃👻 Core 30 Halloween! 👻🎃

A huge thank you to everyone who joined in the spooky spirit this week, the costumes were absolutely fantastic! We loved seeing witches, skeletons, pumpkins, and everything in between on the reformers. 🧘‍♀️💀🕸️

👏 Special congratulations to .e.p who takes home Best Costume as Batman 🦇complete with built-in muscles and the dedication to keep it on for the entire class!💪

And a big well done to Rachel Hamlett, winner of the Cutest Baby Outfit 👶🏼 Her gorgeous little girl stole our hearts in her pumpkin dress! 🎃🧡

Another thank you goes to for helping organise and decorate the studio! And keeping everyone in the Halloween spirit all week long 🫶🏼

Curious about Reformer Pilates?

We’re running beginner-friendly taster sessions on Saturday 18th and Sunday 19th October at 1–2pm and 2–3pm.

🧘‍♀️ Each class is 50 minutes with a 10 minute intro to the reformer, and will be perfect for first-timers.
🧦 Grip socks are recommended (but bare feet are fine too).
✨ Enjoy an exclusive intro offer available only to taster attendees on the day!

🍂 October at Core 30! 🍂

Our new timetable is here, it is mostly the same as September, with just a few teacher swaps along the way.

Many of you will know our lovely Michele is currently recovering from a hip replacement, so isn’t able to teach with us at the moment 💕 We’re sending her all our love for a smooth and speedy recovery!

A big thank you to our incredible teachers for jumping in to cover classes, please keep showing them your support and continue coming to your favourite sessions. Your energy means everything to us! 💪✨

You might have spotted our glowing new sign (we’re slightly obsessed 😍), and that’s just the start… we’ve got more studio glow-ups coming very soon 👀

🍂 September Timetable 🍂

With the change in season comes a few little updates to our weekly schedule:
✨ Wednesday 12pm is now back to Tone Express with Dolores
✨ Thursday 8pm is now a Tower class with Charlotte

Everything else stays the same so you can keep moving, strengthening, and feeling your best as we head into autumn.

We still have our exciting announcement on the way, so keep your eyes peeled on our socials.
