I’m doing a 30 by 30 challenge — but not the kind you usually see.
Before I turn 30, I’m working toward:
• a six-pack
• running a 5K
Sounds normal… until you know this ⬇️
I have a spinal cord injury.
I live with neurological and mobility issues.
I walk with a walking stick.
I have one fully working arm.
I’ve had to relearn how to walk after neck-down paralysis, plus two periods of being paralyzed from the waist down.
So yeah — even daily movement is work.
This is the start of my YouTube series.
Not about perfection. Not about motivation quotes.
Just real progress, setbacks, and rebuilding strength + function in a body that doesn’t play fair.
