Join a unique, high-performing Talent Acquisition Resourcing team that works with some of the brightest talent in the NHS. We're seeking an experienced in-house recruitment partner to shape the future of our workforce - attracting top talent across clinical, non-clinical & senior leadership roles.
We’d love to hear from you if you’ve:
- A proven track record as an accomplished recruitment partner managing end-to-end recruitment assignments for senior and executive vacancies
- Expertise in creating digital-first & more traditional innovative attraction campaigns (social media, specialist job boards, EVP-driven)
- Strong skills in crafting assessment & selection materials and running assessment & selection centres
- A reputation for integrity, flexibility, and thriving in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- A professional and credible approach with the ability to partner with senior stakeholders, build trusted relationships, and advocate for our “All Here For You” values
