Amazing days training yesterday! Thanks for your enthusiasm, energy and hospitality! Humbled by your feedback thank you!

Liz, Amy and Maria completed important First Aid Training this week with our trainer Ray Mellon.

Ray is a brilliant trainer- really knowledgeable with lots of hands on experience to help explain the processes. We covered all areas of initial First Aid including when to and how to deliver CPR, use of defibrillators, treatment of wounds, burns, dealing with choking and responses to situations with known medical conditions such as asthma, epilepsy, allergies etc. Ray helped to tailor or training to our setting and we covered key differences between adult and pediatric First Aid. We also audited our kit, forms and policies. A great day, thank you, Ray. 🩹 🏥

Save the date, and tell a friend! RCUK’s 2021 Guidelines will be released on our website, resus.org.uk, next week (5 May).
Our expert-written Guidelines show what best practice in resuscitation looks like. Covering all age groups, they encourage clinical excellence, giving people their best chance of successful outcomes from cardiac arrest, and improved experiences of planning conversations and CPR decisions.

Great day with the guys from Learn North West, delivering their emergency first aid training. Energy and enthusiasm a plenty!

Some of our team took time away from teaching yesterday to complete First Aid training. We ensure that one of our designated First Aid teachers are on site at all times helping to keep your children safe. A great day, lots of learning and good fun too. Thanks to our fabulous trainer, Ray.
