Hello to all my lovely followers - I just wrote this for a blog for my website and I thought I will share it here - love to you all.

I understand the power of healing - I know because I have been healed many times in my life. Healed from loss, grief, addiction, broken heartedness, pain, painful, inflammatory conditions, arthritic conditions, dysfunctional relationships, trauma, nervous system meltdowns, fear - the list goes on and on and on. This list is not exhaustive and could be so much longer but ive summarised it for ease.

You see I believe we humans are always in a state of change and growing and as long as we continue to be open minded and want to heal and grow and learn and to be the best version of ourselves that we can be then everything, even the impossible is possible. I am living proof of that.

I would not be where I am or who I am today without healing - healing from something greater and more powerful than me. As a healer I am simply and only the channel for a power so great it changes world, performs miracles and loves like nothing you can ever imagine.

I speak from experience - I talk here through my guide who wants you, whoever reads this to know you are loved more than you could ever believe possible - you are protected at all times - you are not alone and you can heal as easily as you believe you can and grow through the difficult times to be reborn - to reach a death of the old self and step into the new.

I am here to serve all who feel called to call me. May I always have the understanding I am purely a channel and that I am here on this journey myself to learn, to love, to bring and be joy and to be the light in this testing world. Gong & Cream Tea and this months theme is ….
Journey Inwards at our healing and sharing circle through sound and community as we approach the festive season and winter calls. The Gong and Cream Tea is a space to meet like minded souls and build community. Here we journey inwards and explore withh open-mindedness. This will be followed by a super special treat of a homemade cream tea from Liz of High Lane Farm, Gawsworth. Plus the venue of Sutton St James Church is in such a gorgeous place and is so special. Just sharing an online event im doing starting 28th October for 8 weeks - Healing and Wellbeing Gathering to look grief, loss, present moment living, death and dying, compassion and other things. This is a safe space to bring community together as we go through Autumn into Winter - we will come together to meditate, share, drink cacao and go on a journey of exploration.
