My beautiful Palladium practitioner bowl🪽

There’s such a light, high frequency to this one… really etheric, calming but uplifting at the same time.

Palladium carries a protective, grounding energy while gently supporting transformation and higher awareness. It always feels like it’s holding the space so safely.

Working with the D note, it connects into the Sacral Chakra, supporting creativity, emotional flow and that sense of ease within yourself. There’s also a softness to it that brings in a bit of joy and inner child energy.

I always come away from this bowl feeling clearer, calmer and more aligned and I love it’s hand held so I can move with the sound across the room and body ✨

There’s something so special about sunlight pouring through the windows and filling a space with warmth and calm

My studio room brings me sooooo much joy. I just love coming in here, sitting quietly and soaking up the beautiful, peaceful energy it holds.
The soft floor mattresses, the cosy cushions and the stillness… it’s a little sanctuary designed for deep rest.

My next Sound Healing journey here at .retreat will be on Sunday 26th April.  If you feel called to step away from the noise of everyday life, you’re warmly invited to come and relax, recharge and be gently cocooned in soothing sound. There’s just 3 spaces to join us 🕊️

Creating a sanctuary is an intention in itself 🤍

Before anyone enters .retreat the space is prepared with care, presence and deep respect for those who will enter.

Every cushion and eye mask is placed with thought. Every alchemy crystal bowl is cleansed.
The room is held as a safe container, somewhere you can soften, exhale and simply be.

This is more than a studio. It’s a space to drop out of the noise and back into your body.
A space where nothing is asked of you except your willingness to receive.

Sound moves where words cannot.
And in that movement there is permission to release, to feel, to rest, to remember who you are beneath the doing.

When you step into this sanctuary you are held with love and intention….there is a space waiting for you 🤎

My next sound bath here in my sanctuary is Friday 13th March 7-8pm I hope to journey with you soon!

Celebrating 4 Years of Osher Wellness ✨

Today my heart is overflowing as Osher Wellness turns four.

Four years of holding space. Four years of sacred sound. Four years of connection, expansion and collective healing.

I honestly cannot thank this beautiful community enough. Every sound journey, every workshop, every retreat has been a blessing beyond words. To witness you arrive, release, soften, awaken… and to grow alongside you has been so sooo beautiful!

I feel so fortunate to have collaborated with the most incredible women and aligned brands in the wellbeing world, true soul connections that have made this journey even more magical….Here’s to many more ladies ✨

What moves me most is seeing how much you’ve all expanded. The shifts. The courage. The embodiment. And truthfully…I’ve expanded too 🖤

Under an open sky with the wind moving softly I carried my crystal bowls out onto the land outside my home and introduced them to Bonnie, it felt like a sacred meeting of elements…air, earth and spirit 🖤

I just love journey with my bowls outside in the elements but this is the first time I’ve introduced sound to animals, since moving into this home I kept saying… I wonder what the horses will think of the bows! And she was curious and even played the chime with her nose so gently!

Horses carry a profound ancient healing energy. Their hearts are vast. Their nervous systems are deeply attuned. They feel what we don’t say. They ground what we don’t yet understand.

It felt like a remembering that sound resonates with the earth, that healing starts in nature, that animals are guardians of frequencies we are still learning to hear.
