Welcome back Danny, he met with new and old residents this week and as usual he went down a storm. Residents look forward to his fortnightly visits and they are always uplifted and motivated when he leaves. Thanks Danny, keep up the good work (the kettle is always on for you!)

We would like to wish Lisa all the best in her new career. She came to NCH 2 years ago having never worked in this environment before and won the hearts of residents and staff with her kindness, maturity and compassion. Thank you Lisa, we wish you nothing but the best and we are so pleased you are staying on our bank. We will still get to see you from time to time. X

Thursday morning means only 1 thing Healthy breakfast day. Our residents enjoyed fresh mixed fruits, natural yoghurt and a small amount of honey. This always goes down well. Whats your go to healthy breaskfast?

Mental Health Support Worker at Next Chapter Healthcare
Help spread smiles at the Withins for people who need your help in our supported living setting. Our team of Support Workers make a difference for those who want to live independently. No previous experience is required, just the right values and passion to do good.

Our focus is on recovery and rehabilitation using person centred care pathways. You will assist residents in reaching their individual goals and aspirations by providing support with daily living, from personal care guidance to meeting with friends and family, accessing the local community, budgeting, helping to build resilience, organising medication, daily household tasks.

• We pay more – We believe in paying a fair price for an outstanding job from our team members. Our rates start at £12.60 per hour for our Support Workers in supported living, and they increase if you take on extra responsibilities.
