✨ I start each session with a quiet bow, a small gesture to honour the space, the work, and the energy we’re about to share.
✨ I tiptoe around the room. Even the smallest noise can disturb the calm.
✨ I read your feet. Every curve, every line, every tension tells a story about your body, your stress, your history. It might look unhinged, but it guides my whole session.
✨ I whisper to my tools, crystals, pendulums, sound bowls—thanking them, acknowledging their role in the healing session.
✨ I am fully present and I forget about the outside world during sessions. You have my full attention. The world can wait.
✨ I hold space emotionally and spiritually. It’s sometimes heavy, sometimes intense.
✨ I move slowly deliberately. Sloth-level slow. The world rushes and I rebel against rush (even if it means I see less clients in a day).
✨ I prioritise valuable moments over the clock. Even if it means fewer sessions in a day, I leave space at the end to chat and share the insights I’ve gathered from your energy, your body, and your feet.
✨ And at the end of every session, I finish with a silent namaste. A quiet, intentional thank-you to you, to the space, and to the healing energy we’ve shared.
Sacred. Slightly unhinged. Entirely me.
