Sound is felt, not just heard

Sometimes relaxation isn’t as simple as “just switching off.”

The nervous system needs time, space, and the right environment to feel safe enough to slow down.

This is something I see often during sound baths —
that gradual shift from tension into softness.

It doesn’t have to be forced.

Sometimes the body just needs the opportunity.

🕯 Time: 7-8pm
🎟️ Energy Exchange: £15 (DM to book) payment required upon booking.

Age 13+ No experience needed — just come as you are. Mats & blankets are provided (please feel free to bring your own cushions etc for extra comfort) warm comfortable clothing is recommended.

Please note that sound bath meditation is not suitable if you:

Wear certain hearing aids;
Have a pacemaker
Suffer from seizures
Are pregnant (1st trimester)

Sound healing isn't just "pretty vibes" or relaxing background music.

It’s vibration, resonance, brainwave entrainment, vagus nerve stimulation, and yes... real physiological shifts.
Your body literally responds to sound. Your nervous system can reset. Your mind can calm.

This is why we don't just sit around chanting "good vibes only."

We show up. We play. We hold space. And yes, people actually feel it!

In a world that encourages constant movement, doing more, and staying busy…
slowing down can feel unfamiliar.

But the body doesn’t heal in urgency.

It heals in stillness.

When we give ourselves even a small moment to pause — to breathe, to rest, to simply be — the nervous system has space to begin settling.

This is often where the shift starts.

Not in doing more, but in allowing less.
