Rounded upper back? This is more common than you think 👇
I see this a lot especially with people who sit at a desk most of the day.
It is often referred to as thoracic kyphosis
But in simple terms it is that rounded upper back posture that feels stiff tight and uncomfortable.
The mistake most people make
They just stretch it and hope it improves
But without strength and control through your upper back it keeps coming back.
Try this simple routine
Wall slides 3 x 12
Band pull aparts 3 x 12
Seated mid back stretch 30 seconds
Focus on movement not just muscles.
Do this consistently and you will start to feel the difference.
