Sometimes we are so busy we forget or don't have time to move, and this can contribute to low mood. It's crucial to incorporate movement in our day to day, either by standing, stretching, walking or exercise for flexibility or strength. We have wellbeing support to manage anxious thoughts and feelings, help you manage low mood and motivation, cope with feelings of hopelessness and our employment advisors can help you find a way to find work or change direction.
