Honestly, I've seen numbers from the likes of & yeah…gotta get my numbers up!!!!!⬆️⬆️⬆️ 160kg/352lbs heaviest I've ever touched is 165kg/363lbs 😑😤 i was heavier than though & had 🖕🏾54kg on the DB chest press, getting closer to that 80kg, slowly but surely 💪🏾 love to .mcr & .mcr for the support 🐺💚

I'm on mission to increase my overall bench numbers 💪🏾📈. The numbers I've seen put out by the worlds best are CRAZY & i got to catch up to throw anywhere near my best😤😤😤 I've had success in the past incorporating Resistance bands on the deadlift, so gonna try on the bench 🐺💚.
