You don’t create lasting change through surface level habits if you’re not doing the inner work 🤷🏽♀️
Because around 95% of your daily actions are driven by your subconscious mind. So if that stays unchanged, your patterns will always pull you back to where you started 🔁

1. Identify misalignment - Where in your life do you feel drained, overwhelmed, or like you’re just going through the motions? 🤔
2. Look at your Mindmap - Don’t isolate one area. Notice the deeper beliefs running underneath your relationships, money, work, self worth. This is the root system driving everything
3. Rewire your mindset - Which beliefs are outdated, inherited, or simply not true anymore? How are they keeping you stuck? What would a more supportive belief look like instead?
Real change doesn’t come from doing more on the outside - so focus instead on healing the inner world 🌎
