We would like to inform you that the next 8-week MBCT course (Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy) ran by Trafford Talking Therapies, will take place on 5th May 2026- 30th June 2026.

It will be held every Tuesday from 1.30pm to 3.30 pm (with one week break on the 2nd June 2026) at the Limelight Health & Wellbeing Hub, 1 St Brides Way, Old Trafford, Stretford, Manchester M16 9NW .

One for the children!
We are hosting a Christmas colouring competition.
Children of all ages welcome, the colours and the colouring sheets will be in reception for your child to either enjoy colouring in the waiting room or to take home and return. Please ensure your child's name is wrote at the top of the colouring page.
Winner will be announced on Monday 22nd December and we will contact you to come and collect your prize.
