The next term of Pregnancy Yoga & Birth Prep is open for booking and this one takes us right up to Christmas!

This course allows you to gently exercise as it is specifically designed for all stages of pregnancy. Proven to help with the symptoms of many common ailments, support sleeping and relaxation as well as prepare for birth. An introduction to hypnotherapy for birth. Meet other like minded mamas to be in your local area Hayley is a qualified adult yoga teacher, pregnancy and postnatal yoga teacher. Practicing Doula, Reiki Master and mama to 2 small children.
