Since 1897, Lilleywhite Funeral Service has been a name synonymous with dignity and pride in the profession of funeral directing. Lilleywhite Funeral Service has a wealth of experience within the industry and are totally committed to offering a first rate, highly professional and caring service. We are able to arrange both traditional and bespoke funerals with either a religious or non-religious content. We are members of the National Association of Funeral Directors and therefore you have complete peace of mind in knowing that the service you will receive will be delivered with the utmost professionalism and integrity

We can be contacted 24 hours a day and our caring team are able to offer both guidance and advice to help you create the best possible funeral for your loved one. Funeral arrangements are generally made at our premises in Prestwich - normal office hours 09.00 – 18.00, however, many families find it comforting to be in their own surroundings at this time and we are happy to come to your home for this purpose.

If we have looked after you or your family this year then a star has been sent to you in the post. Everyone is welcome to continue this lovely act to treasure your loved ones. We have something incredibly exciting to share, my brother George Lilleywhite has decided to do something a little bit wild!

In memory of our beautiful daddy Simon Lilleywhite, George and his friend David will run 312km around the island of Mallorca in 7 days. They are doing it for charity, for the adventure and because they believe in pushing theirselves to the maximum.

With Christmas around the corner these words really resonated with me. 🌲 Christmas is a time to celebrate love and friendship with the people that mean the most to you. ✨ It is a time of coming together, of shared experiences between people that care 🧑‍🎄
You do not need extravagant gifts to show people you value them, your presence is enough. 🎁 Times are so hard for everyone right now, the cost of living is so much more expensive than it was 5 years ago.
And if, like me, there are only a couple of people around the table on Christmas Day. Please know you are not alone, there are families all over the world spending time with a few people that truly value each other.
Our society values commodity over shared experiences between people, yet in our small way, we can learn to love without what is expected from us. All my love, and big hugs to everyone that needs one, Amy Lilleywhite ###
