Yoga with Ros Yoga teacher

Since completing my 200 hour Teacher Training in Nepal in March 2023 I’ve taught regularly ever since, having now taught over 150 classes at multiple studios and venues across Manchester. My classes are usually Vinyasa in style and incorporate elements of breathwork and meditation, the perfect combination to energise the body and relax the mind. I have a holistic approach and enjoy helping students align the body, mind and breath helping them to feel more balanced and ultimately happier humans. I am experienced teaching Vinyasa Flow, Yin, Puppy Yoga, Restorative, Children's Yoga, Corporate, Beginner, 1-2-1.

Last week I travelled to Germany to visit my yoga teachers from India, Hardik & Prutha, who guided me through my 200hr YTT in Nepal back in March 2023 (see last pic), taking me from yoga student to yoga teacher. You’re always a student in yoga, but I’m grateful I picked such wonderful, knowledgeable and wise teachers who gave me a solid foundation to teach from and I’m lucky to share their wisdom in my classes.

It was so special to reconnect and a beautiful reminder of where I began. They asked how many classes I’ve taught since qualifying and I had no idea, so I counted. Turns out this week I’ll be teaching my 500th class. Each year of teaching, a little bit wiser and hopefully my shoulders a little more open (IYKYK).

Feeling proud, forever grateful to be a student, and still figuring it all out.. one asana at a time. Thank you to my teachers 🧡
